Arden Partners expansion continues with the appointment of Andrew Raca as a new Corporate Finance Director

After six months of successful trading, Arden Partners announce that they have appointed Andrew Raca as a Corporate Finance Director. He joins Arden Partners from Ernst & Young where he was the Head of the Midlands Public Company Advisory Team. Andrew has more than 12 years experience of corporate finance in the public company arena and will be principally based in our Birmingham office.

John Paterson, Arden's Managing Director, commented that "Andrew brings considerable experience to the Arden team and complements our corporate finance offering, which is a growing area of our operations. With his experience in a wide range of company transactions, including flotations, takeovers, share issues, mergers, acquisitions, disposals and restructurings, Andrew is a welcome addition to our team."
