Arden Partners is an integrated institutional stockbroker offering agency broking services together with extensive corporate finance advice to small and mid cap companies.

The core of the research and institutional sales team at Arden Partners has been together for almost 15 years, having worked together at Albert E Sharp Securities and then at Old Mutual Securities following its takeover of the Birmingham based broker. Significant appointments have also been made to increase coverage. This team represents one of the largest and most stable smaller company teams in the UK securities industry.

The Corporate Finance team has been formed by the recruitment of high quality individuals from major firms to bring together a broad range of experience, knowledge and execution capability. Between them, the team has advised on a large number of transactions, including IPO's, fundraisings, public to privates, Takeover Code transactions, mergers, acquisitions and disposals.

The business, which commenced trading in November 2002 and operates mainly in the UK, has swiftly established a strong franchise and now acts as advisor and/or broker to companies with a combined market capitalisation of around £4.5bn.  The group worked on deals valued in excess of £450m during 2007, raising/placing over £190m capital for its clients.
